I had a great call with the recruiter who asked me quick and simple questions. Interview went well and I was told they would be in touch by the end of the week regarding next steps. *Recruiter also specifically asked me to inform them if I was interviewing/considering anywhere else as to not waste either of our time I did not hear back by the end of the week. I followed up and they said I would hear about next steps within the next 3 days. ....I was ghosted. I would expect more when recruiting for a senior leadership position.
