I first got a phone call to be told I would get a phone interview. I felt like I aced the interview and got an in person interview. The in person interview I was asked probably eight times if I had anymore questions. I asked everything I could think of and he kept asking me. I'm not sure what he was looking for. I was informed I would hear back and I never heard anything. All emails and calls were ignored. I was also told I would get a technical aptitude test and that never happened. I really felt led on by this company. They seemed genuinely interested in me, but never let me show my full skills to them in a test. They also didn't follow up with me like they promised and they didn't reply to any of my emails. I even sent a thank you email and asked to take the technical test. I hate this style of recruiting. Leaving people in the dark isn't cool when you have rent and other obligations.
