I applied back in February, and received an HR screening invitation in March. During the screening, the recruiter literally talked the whole time and never turned his camera on, which I thought was strange. I only had time to ask one question, and the recruiter sped through the answer. I was supposed to receive a follow-up email during the week of March 11th to set up an interview with two hiring managers, but I've heard nothing. The recruiter's communication isn't the best, which is a huge red flag for me. I've checked the status of my application; the status date has been updated, but the actual status hasn't changed. I've still heard nothing, so I assume I've been ghosted. Not a big deal, but highly unprofessional. I was pretty excited about the opportunity, but this company doesn't seem to be organized or considerate of other people's time.
