The interview process was fairly straightforward. I received a call from the HR department requesting an interview from an HR director. The phone call interview with the HR director was essentially a walkthrough of my resume and asking what I know and like about the company. There were also some questions about strengths/weaknesses/etc. At the end I was told to await a call from the hiring manager. He called 2 days later and scheduled an onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of 1 hr panel interview with 4 people including the hiring manager and three other consultants. This was a much better interview than the intial phone screening. The questions were more in-depth. They wanted to see how you would handle specific situations while also gauging how you would fit with the team. Although this positon was with a smaller team in the company, you could tell that these people were passionate about what they did. All four interviewers also were very professional and knew how to conduct an interview. The interview was followed by a 2 hr independent case study/skills test. I was contacted two weeks after the interview (they had several other candidate interviews scheduled) with an initial offer.
