Short and sweet. However, they ask a lot of you and quickly but have no regard for the applicant. I made it through several rounds and even sent a reference check out to my references only to ghosted. Now ghosting after an application is one thing but ghosintg after lenghty communicaition. multiple rounds of interviews and a reference check is just unprofessional and speaks to the organization.
