The first round interview was with an HR recruiter and lasted over an hour, focused primarily on behavioral and fit-based questions. I was told I would be passed through to the next round and even informed who I’d be meeting with. However, it took nearly a month—and multiple follow-up emails—to schedule the second round.
The second interview was a 30-minute behavioral conversation with the hiring manager. I followed up several times afterward to check on the status of my application, but unfortunately, I never received a response.
Overall, the communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. While the conversations themselves were respectful, the long delays and eventual ghosting made for a frustrating candidate experience.

Full on interrogation with bizarre yes or no question. Although I was told by the recruiter this would be “a chance to meet the team,” it was very technical and it was clear one interviewer was not into it. I never heard anything, and if that was the vibe for the role, I dodged a bullet.
