4 rounds of the interview
1st round with a third party, 1 DSA medium and 1 LLD question.
2nd round LLD
3rd round HLD
4th round HM (Prior to HM rounds all were good, but this round experience was not good. Somehow i felt they want you to negotiate on work life balance.)
Overall, it was a good experience except the HM round and HR feedback (Still didn't receive any feedback)

Interview
Interview Process: Unsatisfactory and Anguishing
I recently interviewed with Quince for a Tech Lead role, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The interview process comprised three rounds:
First Round: This was focused on JavaScript and React foundations. The interviewer was knowledgeable, and we discussed a wide range of interesting topics. It was a decent start.
Second Round: This phase involved High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). I was asked to create a multi-dropdown component. Again, the interviewer was knowledgeable, and the discussion was enjoyable.
Third Round: This is where everything fell apart. The third round was with an engineering Manager. I'm still unsure what this round was supposed to assess. He asked me to create a singleton class to perform three parallel API calls. However, he abruptly ended the interview in just 20 minutes while I was still gathering requirements and explaining my methodology. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from an interviewer. It was clear that he was not interested in a meaningful discussion or assessing my skills properly. His attitude was dismissive and rude, making it evident that working with someone like him would be unpleasant.
Overall, my experience with Quince left a lot to be desired. The interview was a major red flag. This encounter has strongly discouraged me from wanting to work at Quince.
