The first round was a recruiter screen followed by a conversation with a hiring manager. The hiring manager conversation asked mainly behavioral questions around misalingment, career progression, and feedback. I found my interviewer to be very inexperienced and unable to answer some simple questions in return. The feedback given afterwards was ancillary to the behavioral competencies being tested for.
