I had the pleasure of interviewing with ResQ recently and I was impressed with the entire process. From the initial contact to the final follow-up, the team at ResQ was professional, friendly, and efficient. Amanda Francis was spectacular from beginning till end. The interview itself was a great experience as well. The hiring manager Sydney took the time to explain the company's mission and values and how my skills and experience could fit within the team. I also had the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the company's culture and growth opportunities. What stood out to me most about ResQ is the passion and dedication of the team. They clearly care about the success of their customers and are constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate. Additionally, the company’s culture is very collaborative, which is something I value highly. Overall, I highly recommend ResQ as a great company to work for. The interview process was smooth and the team was great to work with. I'm looking forward to seeing where ResQ goes in the future and I wish them all the best.
The interview process moved along quite quickly. They do not waste your time and keep pushing you along the process in a timely fashion. The entire process was no longer than 3 weeks.

What was one of the biggest challenges you've faced professionally?
Interview process was efficient and fun. For the final interview they test your sales skills by making you do a short fun presentation. They made the interview very informal and were very transparent of what role I'd have to play on the team and what success looked like in the role I applied for.
