I recently had the opportunity to interview with ResQ and it was a fantastic experience. After submitting my application, I was contacted for a phone screening with a member of their talent team. During the call, which lasted around 30 minutes, we talked about my background and work history. I was impressed with the transparency of the interview process, as they had outlined it clearly on the application page. My second interview with Melissa and Steve was even better. It was a relaxed and enjoyable conversation that lasted about an hour. I felt confident after the interview and grateful for the opportunity to speak with them. I always wanted to work in a startup and that's partly why I applied to ResQ. Additionally, I was drawn to their company culture and was excited about the potential of joining such a supportive and dynamic team. Although I wasn't ultimately offered the position, I still have a very positive view of ResQ and hope for another chance to work with such a great company in the future.
