I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ResultsCX (Huntington, WV) in May 2016
Interview
The interview wasn't bad, rather quick as they is a high turn over rate so it's kind of like the fling individuals at the wall and see who stick. Just present yourself well and instill confidence in yourself as to your abilities.
Stayed for 47 minutes alone on teamsmeet, nobody showed up in the virtual interview, A complete waste of time and process of getting this interviewed scheduled. The whole process to get this interviewed feels like is A.i processed like there's like there is no actual humans monitoring and organizing it. Just ended the call and got an automated message asking about my experience. is just mocking at this point.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ResultsCX (Cork) in Sep 2024
Interview
I had an online interview scheduled almost 2 weeks ago. I waited 30 minutes in the meeting and nobody turned up. Immediately after the meeting I got sent an email from an AI asking for feedback, which I gave. I have received no response from the feedback nor the email I sent. From reading other interview reviews, it seems that issues with interviews are quite common from this company. I wish I had been aware of this beforehand as I never would have wasted my time applying here.

Average. It wasn’t bad at all. My recruiter was great and listened to what I had to say. It was a pretty laid back interview process and I would recommend it to anyone
