RevSpring Technical Writer interview questions

The recruiter contacted me via email to set up a time for a phone screen. A few hrs later we talked on the phone. The screening was easy, the lady was pleasant. She mostly described the company and confirmed a few things on my resume. She stated the hiring manager had reviewed my resume and she would follow up with dates and times for a phone interview later. The following week she contacted me again via email offering times to do a ph interview the next day. The ph interview with the hiring manager was easy questioning to gauge experience. Questions I would have expected from the phone screen with the recruiter. It ended abruptly on the 30 minute mark by him saying he would like to set up an in person Interview for the next week. He said the recruiter would reach out with dates and times. The recruiter did not. The next week I followed up with the recruiter for a date and time. It's been 3 weeks and no response. Based on other comments, this may be a blessing.
