Rio Tinto interview questions

I received several e-mails that they would contact me by phone or by e-mail, but they never called me or e-mailed me. After several weeks the online system shows that I was interviewed (which was not true), and then they indicated that after I completed interview they have disqualified me. I tried to file a complaint with their main offices, but recruiter managers stopped me to do so. At the end the head manager contacted me and told me that she apologized for all the misunderstanding in the recruiting process; that a person was hired for this position, and she encourage me not to file any complaint, and apply to another position within his company.
