1. Massive attrition of technical talent starting 2020. All the good peeps have left. Eng lead left on bad terms trying to advocate for better product strategy
2. Company leadership is shockingly poor with reputation for lip service
3. Everyone knows that the CEO doesn’t care about technology. He only wants an IPO under his belt. No one is able to do anything about it. The SVPs are spineless lacking talent and just pander to please the CEO, because that is how you get promoted.

What software analysis and design tools do you have familiarity working with?
Pretty standard interview process with initial call, hiring manager, technical and then team interview. Only got through recruiter who was nice and then failed hiring manager call. Didn't make it to technical round and recruiter said there would be one.

Recruiter screen, followed by system design and hiring manager interviews. Overall, the hiring process was straightforward and well-structured, with each stage clearly focused on evaluating different aspects of the role.

Passed phone screening, scheduled 3 45-minute interviews: 1 technical and 2 behavioral interviews the next week. Felt more conversational than strict interviews. There was only 1 question asked during the technical interview in which you were asked to optimize if you could. Behavioral focused on accountability and leadership.
