Rocketlane Customer Success Operations Analyst interview questions

The interview process consisted of four rounds: 1st Round (Phone Screening): This was a basic HR round where I was asked about my current location, total experience, last and expected CTC, reason for leaving my previous job, availability, and willingness to relocate. Followed by 2 easy logical questions based on probability. 2nd Round (Assignment): I was given an Excel and Tableau-based assignment to perform a churn analysis. The task tested my ability to clean and interpret data, build dashboards, and extract actionable insights. 3rd Round (Assignment Discussion): I presented my analysis to the Regional Manager. This round involved deep dives into my approach and methodology, including cross-questioning on metrics relevant to the role such as ARR, NRR, and CHS. The focus was on understanding my thought process and reasoning. This round concluded with a guesstimate problem. 4th Round (VP Round): Conducted by a VP based in the U.S., this was a friendly yet challenging session. He asked three logic-based questions involving Venn diagrams and basic probability, which were tricky but solvable. After I answered them correctly, the conversation shifted to behavioral questions—covering past challenges, key learnings, academic background, achievements, and failures.
