The task tested my ability to clean and interpret data, build dashboards, and extract actionable insights. 3rd Round (Assignment Discussion): I presented my analysis to the Regional Manager. This round involved deep dives into my approach and methodology, including cross-questioning on metrics relevant to the role such as ARR, NRR, and CHS. The focus was on understanding my thought process and reasoning. This round concluded with a guesstimate problem. 4th Round (VP Round): Conducted by a VP based in the U.S., this was a friendly yet challenging session. He asked three logic-based questions involving Venn diagrams and basic probability, which were tricky but solvable. After I answered them correctly, the conversation shifted to behavioral questions—covering past challenges, key learnings, academic background, achievements, and failures.
