Initial phone call, a data and leadership interview via zoom with pre work required, in person interview with teaching demo and interviews between two schools. Which also needed some pre work that was required. Very intensive process.

Scheduled a phone interview within one week of applying. I’m so dissapoynted in how rude the interviewer was and chose not to continue with the process. She was utterly disrespectful, clearly in a rush, and continued to cut me off throughout the experience. The scripted interview questions were basic but it was the tone and seemingly “rushed experience” that discouraged me from wanting to be apart of this org.

There is an initial information phone call in which they explain the organization to you. They also discuss the role you applied for. The next step is to get hosted at a school where you will go through an extensive day long interview process involving staff, parents and students.
