Started off with a brief introduction in their show room to their various products and what industries they are used in. Very informative and I learned a lot about various applications of pneumatics that I did not know about previously. Next was brief tour around the facilities, manufacturing processes, and testing rooms, then a psychometric test before undertaking individual presentations. We were offered a lunch and then taken through an interview process that consisted of on the spot analysing various products and attempting to explain how they functioned, their applications, how they may be manufactured, etc, as well as as a standard face to face interview with the senior manager.
