I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SS&C (Singapore) in Aug 2021
Interview
The easiest interview I ever had. I was interviewing for a sales support role. All three rounds were done on zoom, 1 to 1 meeting with members of the team that I will be part of. Questions were easy and straightforward, like “tell me about yourself” and describing my former experience. Nothing technical, just a casual chat. All the interviewers are super nice, I got very excited about joining after speaking with them. The only challenging part is their turnaround was long. The salary negotiation took three weeks as they had to get approvals from other global offices. The time difference made it a lengthy process. The long turnaround made me feel panicky as I thought I didn’t get the job, but it’s just that their processes can take some time.
Describe the waterfall, capital allocation, how to allocate GP, LP and how to book accrual expenses. And walkthrough the management fee, what type of management fee I have been through. A lot of technical questions

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SS&C in Nov 2023
Interview
Had a few phone/video calls with managers, directors, etc. over the course of a few weeks. Extremely easy going conversations to get to know more about my background and how I fit into the role. Eventually stopped hearing back when trying to schedule the final interview round. Gave up reaching out after 2 months of silence.
