Interview
CV screening then one final interview with two senior design engineers lasting 1hr 30mins. Had a lot of situation example questions related to the company's pillars e.g tell me about a time when you showed attention to safety. It was a positive interview with good questions and interviewers seemed passionate about their jobs. However SSE never got back to me with the interview outcome for 5 months.

Initial discussion with sse recruiter and then main Interview was over microsoft teams. It lasted about 45 minutes. Two people from SSE were on the interview panel. Based on this single interview SSE made the offer.
