To be honest, not at all.

Cons

1. Planning to cut company car / car allowance benefit, even it was mentioned in job ad. 2. Very very high turnover rate, experienced engineers left and joined contractor for better salary and benefit.

You’re constantly having to watch your back all the time. You just cannot trust them. Everything is a constant witch hunt with a cloak and dagger culture. And you just never get listened to
