Long process 4-5 interviews. Just to be told no. Did a project for it as well felt that it went well was given feedback that was good but they went with someone else

Tell me about A project you worked on and what was the outcome
Great process. Very efficient with all steps. Went through multiple rounds. The recruiting team is also great and responded to questions and emails promptly. Virtual interviews are set up well. I would apply again, it seems like a fantastic company. I was impressed with how fast everything was for it being such a big company. Overall, good experience. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and engaged in their conversation with me.
Had positive screening and hiring manager interview, but then never heard back after three weeks; was told the job opening was delayed, only after repeated follow-up. Communication was erratic and poor in general.
