Question 1
They provided context on a certain project and its progress, so the question was how, as a project manager, would I go about overcoming the current obstacle.
Processo demorado, por volta de 2 a 3 meses até a contratação, porém são muito organizados e rigorosos no critério de seleção, condizente com a postura séria de uma empresa de grande porte.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Samsung Electronics America (New York, NY) in May 2021
Interview
1st phone interivew - Casual. Usual questions. HR read the job description from online posting. Nothing unique.
2nd Interview - Great conversation. Very friendly and professional. Good questions around experience.
3rd Interview - Not so good. Fortunately for the Interviewer I won't mention names, but he is terrible. On a Zoom call, he turns off his camera. Zero respect there. Then his first question is "Tell me why I should hire you?" As an interviewee, feels like this person is a dated old fart whos full of himself. Lack of professionalism is ridiculous.
