Save the Children US Programme Officer interview questions

The process starts with a written assessment and then, if selected, you move on to an interview. The person from HR at Save the Children UK was extremely disorganized, they had some technical issues and instead of apologizing and rescheduling, she let the candidates await for a written test that never came. Later, she was very inflexible about possible dates for rescheduling it. However, what is truly demotivating is that, after I did the written assessment, I received no response from HR. They also didn't respond to my emails inquiring about the results. They did the same to a colleague who was going through the same process. An HR Department that ghosts candidates after making them do a written assessment and/or interview is thoroughly unprofessional. It speaks quite badly about the organization as a whole.
