Scalian interview questions

First meeting was with the human resource person. They analyzed my profile and checked if I am really suitable for the job, by asking psychological questions. Primarily they check if the candidate has good communication skills and what is the flexibility of the candidate.

“"Tell me about yourself" my first response is always "what do you want to know" but I held my tongue and explained instead starting from High School to where I was 8 years later and how I got there. I was expecting the "How will you benefit us, what do you have to bring to our team that someone else doesnt" kind of questions but they never came.”
