Interview
Spoke about experience and positive additude... then spoke about moving to the west cost and how the manager grew with seasons 52. It was really easy since it was a mass hiring and they were just trying to get people to move through.

Pretty simple questions, just asking about work experiences and what you can bring to the team. Were very quick and responsive regarding interview times as well as follow-up interviews. Overall, a quick professional experience.

What is one thing you would change about management at your previous job?
two interviews in seperate days. very simple, common interview questions, relaxed environment. applied online and was quickly asked to come in for an interview. wait was not very long and process lasted about one week really depends on management schedule
I applied online. I interviewed at Seasons 52 (Albuquerque, NM)
Interview
You apply online then someone will contact you about coming in for an interview. The host will ask you to fill out an availability form. The hiring manager takes you to a secluded room of the restaurant and basically just talks about the restaurant and how the training process will be and if you’re okay with the training dates (they are few and far between and they won’t accommodate you not being able to attend at that specific date and time). The only thing they asked me was about availability and nothing about my background or experience. I also had to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled interview time because the manager wasn’t ready. The whole experience was very strange and seemed quite unprofessional.
