I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Seattle Children's (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Submitted my application and got a response abput a month later. They brought me in for an interview which took about 15-20 minutes. Then called me a week later to offer the job! Great experience and very straight forward. The questions tend to be based off the ART standards. This is accountability, Respect, and teamwork. So be sure to have some examples ready!

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Seattle Children's
Interview
Program Coordinator wasn't the exact title but the job description made it sound like a scheduling/program coordinator. I interviewed approximately 2 years ago. I was actually turned off by the interview process. It started with a phone screen, which wasn't coordinated in advance. Then I met with two interviewers who couldn't elaborate on their questions when I asked them to. By this point, I was turned off, but I decided to go for the short orientation or tour they had me do. This wasn't bad at all, except I was pretty much left by myself for half an hour. I was invited for a second interview but I declined.

Interview
2 phone interview and 1 face to face. The phone interviews were pretty relaxed. The face to face was a little more intense and was followed by a presentation which I prepared to showcase my technical training skills.
