Seminole Gaming Cocktail Server interview questions

A group interview with 10-20 people. They have 3-4 people conducting the interview that will ask you situational questions. Their goal is to get to know your personality. You will be working in a casino so they are looking for honest, hard workers with an outgoing personality.

It was a 'Group Interview' with 10 people in each group, and around 3 to 4 groups on that morning. The casino is very large, so they have the space to see large number of applicants at the same time. There were 3 managers asking my group the questions. Very dumb questions, such as..."who is your favorite music artist?" We all had to take turns speaking our answers into a microphone. I prefer more private interviews, but I went through with it despite my privacy concerns. I found the interviewers to be arrogant and bossy, even before I worked for them. They also mentioned that every new employee must work the overnight shift for at least one year before getting a chance to work days or afternoons/ evenings, so I opted out.
