Applied for a position online and was contacted by recruiters 1 week later to schedule a Google hangout with an interviewer. The interviewer was very nice. I felt we were very comfortable speaking with each other. Near the end of the pretty standard interview, I was told about what the next steps would be and that I would know if I was moving forward in the process in a week. A little over a week later I didn't hear from them so I sent a follow-up email to the recruiters that initially contacted me. One of them said she had already sent me a test to take (which I didn't get at first), and that she would resend the test. I took the test and emailed her my confirmation of its completion. Almost another month later, and a couple emails, she responded and said she'd get back to me soon about the process but it's been another 2 months already. Overall, this process took 4 months and I still haven't gotten a response so I'm going to assume no offer will be given.
The only negative experience I had was the lack of communication I was getting from the recruiters because I feel like I'm still in the dark. I wish they could be more clear about what's going on and take more responsibility getting back to people when they say they will.

Interview
Interviewed with 7 people including HR, team members, manager and senior people. I thought all went well but was completely ghosted (no pun intended) by HR after multiple follow ups. I thought this was unprofessional since I went through multiple rounds of interviews and I could see here on Glassdoor that typically the company will send a rejection. Snap really should give answers to people they are putting through a full interview process out of respect for the candidate's time and effort.
