I had a very positive overall experience with Snap. The interview questions were demanding, but efficient at finding out my varying strengths and weaknesses. I spoke with 4 different managers and the VP of Recruiting. They each had their own style and were able to share with me individual stories of what brought them to Snap. They probed a lot into my background, but also into my overall interest level about Snap. I was impressed with the level of engagement and genuine interest of Snap’s recruiting team.
