Interviewed with the Recruiter and was told it seemed a good fit. Onto Interview with hiring Manager which seemed to go well. Was told they'd be in touch shortly. Then ghosted, Recruiter had left the business, contacted another Recruiter no reply for over 7 days, then a reply to say no decision had been made yet and that I would hear soon. Ghosted again with no answer in the last 5 weeka. Incredibly rude and frustrating. Irony being that the job of a Recruitment Coordinator is to provide excellent candidate experience. Severely lacking here! I know they have filled the role as I saw the new hire celebrating their appointment on LinkedIn. Why so hard to keep candidates in the loop?
