Interview
Very professional and structured hiring process. You get a booklet (virtual) that described the process and the expectation at each interview steps. They require an on-site which is great IMO.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Management question, experience
- Designing a cloud system at scale
- Organization question: you have unlimited resources how do you setup your organization to develop the system you designed (awkward IMO)
- Lunch with some employees
8 interviews - I was told that I successfully passed the process, only to be told a week later that the opening doesn't exist anymore. Very weird and not professional.

Interview
Extremely easy and without any actual knowledge being tested, It didn't give me a feeling of speaking with anyone technically strong. I finished all the interview rounds, I was expecting a final feedback that never came. I was ghosted by the recruiter. I had to reach out to understand what was going on, I'm actually glad I didn't get an offer.
