I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southern Company (Birmingham, AL) in Apr 2010
Interview
I initially got the interview at a career fair where I was asked to interview the next day. In this interview the lady asked me the basic questions (tell me about yourself, what was your hardest challenge in school etc). I then got a call a couple days later asking for a second round interview in Birmingham. In this interview there was a panel of interviewers. Went through the interview but wasn't selected for the job

Question 1
What was a mistake you made and how did you handle it?
Very simple. In person interview and then zoom interviews. No technical questions, all are behavioral, just talk about yourself. Asked to elaborate on some of my projects but nothing complex.
