The initial interview was with a Talent Acquisition Consultant over the phone who reviewed my skills, experience, salary expectations. He also explained the responsibilities of the role, company culture, benefits and next steps in the process. Very conversational, he even told me when to expect a call back. Step 2: I was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager and his superior, which also went well. They provided more information about the role and their expectations for the incoming candidate asked for details about me that aren't on my resume, answered my questions in great detail, again very conversational. They even advised me that they planned to make their decision fairly quickly and would narrow it down to the top three candidates for a third interview. Final Interview: Panel of 5...video conference. This one was a bit more formal, but I thought it went well, despite my Google Meet/Teams mishap. Overall, the interview process was great, unfortunately, I wasn't selected, but "NO" means "Next Opportunity" to me! I wish you luck on your journey!
