After an online application and evaluation, I was invited to take the SASS test. The test was not difficult and a couple days later I called to find out that I had a passing score (pass or fail - no grade). I was invited for an interview about 3 months later. The interview was in the Staff conference room with 5 other people. They took turns asking questions. writing down my answers and notes. The process came down two of us but I was not the winner.

The questions were completely text book. Two days before the interview, I googled how to answer interview questions. The first page I clicked on listed 31 questions with proposed ways to answer these questions. I swear to you .. they asked me 30 of the 31 questions.
