Interview was about one hour long. You are lead into a conference room. You sit down at a big rectangular table. Seven people ask one standard interview question a piece (like the example interview questions that I was forwarded prior to the interview). After that, you are able to ask one question a piece to each individual. The seven people at the table were: Project managers, staff level, HR. My advice, come prepared to answer standard interview questions (e.g. If you worked with someone who was not performing his/her duties, how would you handle it?) Don't try to memorize each response to each question, don't get too worked up about answering every question like a you're giving a speech.
