I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Southern Company
Interview
I had a two-step interview process, mostly non-technically based questions. They consisted of behavioral questions that allowed me to draw on situations from previous project work to show my skills and abilities.

Question 1
What was a mistake you made and how did you handle it?
Very simple. In person interview and then zoom interviews. No technical questions, all are behavioral, just talk about yourself. Asked to elaborate on some of my projects but nothing complex.
