Southwest Airlines Operations Agent interview questions

An HR representative contacted me based on my application for a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview was with another person, and it turned out to be the most pleasant interview I have ever been a part of. That's not to say it was an easy interview, since it is a competitive position. The feel of the interview was more of a conversation between my interviewer and myself, with the standard interview questions addressed and weaved into the discussion. I left the interview feeling confident and even more eager for the position than I had been before I walked in the door. Unfortunately, I was notified by my interviewer two weeks later that the company had decided to promote someone from within the company to the position. I am still seeking a full-time position, but I will likely keep my eyes out for Southwest openings regardless of where I end up.
