Spiff interview questions

Met with a recruiter first. This was pretty straightforward. She was trying to sell the company which was a nice change from just running down a checklist of questions. Then had a second round with the CMO who was tougher. I did not move forward after that.

Interview process was awesome! Only three rounds, all conducted virtually. First round was with HR and provided an overview of the process. Second round was with an individual manager, third round was with a manager and senior team member.
