I applied online. I interviewed at SpotOn (Olympia, WA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Interview within a week of applying. Fast and typical. STAR questions, tell me about a time.... The hiring manager had good energy and did a great job answering questions. The territory seemed large.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SpotOn (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2021
Interview
Was told it was a multi step process. First interview went well, even though you are expected to be dressed to impress and the interviewer showed up in a hoodie! The second interview was then scheduled for a Friday afternoon. Interviewer, Andres, did not even bother showing up for the virtual interview. I even called the number he provided in the invite incase he was running late, no answer. I then received an email on Monday saying that they would be going with another candidate, which is fine. Just be a little more professional and not wait 72 hours after not showing up to an interview. If you will do this during the interview process, I cannot imagine how you treat your employees once hired.
