First, an hour-long phone screen discussing my technical background, and details about the position/company tech-stack. Then, a technical on-site interview lasting 2-3 hours. During the on-site, I was asked to whiteboard a basic architecture for a Bitly-like app. Second, was the live coding interview where I was asked a series of technical questions that any competent developer should be able to do. The questions included simple operations like unique-ifying an array, counting words in a string, and using closures. The interviewers were very helpful when I ran into trouble and encouraged me to ask questions and talk through my solution.
