Phone Interview with Senior Recruiter. Provided 2 documents to review via email prior to interview - Job Description and Marketing Brochure. During the phone interview, I was asked a few questions (below) and then the recruiter gave me a brief history of the company and the products. Hard cut off after 20 minutes and was not able to ask any questions of my own.
Next step was Zoom interview with the Recruiting Lead. 30 minute interview with hard cut off. This call was about the compensation plan and an overload of numbers that were hard to follow without having the spreadsheet to review independently at a later time. There was no time to ask questions or concerns of my own. When I tried to ask questions or dig deeper, the responses were round about answers that didn't answer the real question, or kicked the bucket down the road, or encouraged me that it would be worked out AFTER I had started.
