Although I did not end up getting an offer in the end, I had a really great interview experience with SpotOn. The recruiter (Carmen) was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions and follow up after each portion of the interview. The folks I interviewed with (Garrett, Nancy, and Kate) were also great, they even ended up recommending that I apply for a higher level position than I originally applied for after reviewing my resume and writing samples. Everyone was very friendly and open to answering any questions I had, and they gave me a mini-assignment that allowed me to show my skills without asking me to do too much work for free. Overall a really pleasant experience, I would highly recommend anyone who is interested to apply, and would happily apply again for another open role in the future. I really felt like they valued my time and were genuinely interested in getting to know my value throughout.
