Interview
- I was contacted by their recruiting team via LinkedIn. After a bit of back and forth on the role, we agreed to set up a call. -First call was pleasant, telling me about the company and the team. Since we ran out of time, they asked to schedule a follow up. Follow up call went fine as well, and the recruiter told me she'd like to meet someone else on the team and that she'd be in touch. After a week of not hearing from her, I followed up to ask for updates. It's now been 3 weeks and no update or follow up. I get things are busy, but they reached out to ME and after telling me how excited they were to reach me, the lack of follow up or update just reflects really poorly on their team.
