Recruiter reached out to me (I did not apply). Stressed the urgency of the role so I made time to chat. Felt like it went well and she said she'd follow up soon because again, moving quick. A week went by. Radio silence. I checked in. She was super dismissive. Said they were waiting on someone to confirm next steps and she'd follow up. Terse. Unfriendly. She never followed up. Very much had an air of "I'm too important to deal with you and annoyed I'm recruiting." Both in our interview and follow up.
