4 stages: Recruiter, Sales Manager, Team Lead, VP of Sales.
The process was a bit disjointed and I believe there was mention of a fifth step that never happened and the projected OTE kept going lower as I moved on throughout the stages. By the end, I received an offer but decided not to pursue the role

Interview
Extremely rushed process - three days to offer - and I was given different numbers from the hiring manager and recruiter about commission expectations. It was pretty disappointing as I liked the product but I could barely ask any of my own questions as they started the interview late and talked a lot about what they were looking for. Also asked me to prepare an assignment and it wasn't even discussed in the interview.
4 rounds of interviews, last one being with the VP of sales. They asked the typical questions for an outside sales role. How many activities do you do per day, how do you conduct your discovery/pain points

Three interviews and a 30-60-90 work product (unpaid). All conducted via Zoom/Google Teams. Job was re-listed for $15k less after I was informed I was not selected. Entire process was three to four weeks.
