I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SpotOn (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2025
Interview
Great communication throughout the process. Had a call with a recruiter, then a Zoom meeting to talk about experience and answer questions of how I would fit with the team, and then a final in-person interview talking about how my experience connects with the role and also had a mock call of how I would reach out to potential customers.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SpotOn in Jan 2024
Interview
Applied to SpotOn in early November. Was contacted to set up an interview with a recruiter. This recruiter cancelled last minute due to being sick which is understandable. Then I attempted to follow up 3-4 times via email and LinkedIn. No response.
Applied to the same position that reposted on Jan 23rd. Received an email to schedule a time with the same recruiter. After selecting multiple times, I again heard no response. Then I adjusted the times to include more and followed up with another email and LinkedIn message, and again was ghosted.
To wrap up the interview process I received an email 5 days after the posting and was informed that I had not been selected.
Overall extremely unprofessional. Advice to management would be to know what your applicants are going through with your internal recruiters. The lack of communication, care, or respect is extremely surprising of a growing company of this size.
