I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sprout Social in May 2023
Interview
Good overall process considering the role. 3 steps. Phone screen, interview with an SDR manager that includes a role-play, then a panel interview. Accepted another job before the panel interview, so never had the chance to do that part.
Initial phone call with the recruiter. If moved onto round two you should expect meeting with a hiring manager with a mock call at the end. Round three (final round) you present your findings on a prospect to a panel of interviewers.

Question 1
Give us an example of a time you faced a rejection/objection, how did you overcome it?
Pleasant and efficient. They asked pointed questions, described the role and culture well, and requested a second interview. The only reason I didn't land the job was because of my location, at the time.
