I had a phone screening, followed by a 45 minute call with a manager who I prepared a mock prospecting email for and practiced a mock sales call with. Then I had a 1.5 hour interview with three managers based around a presentation about myself and a sales pitch.

I entered the interview process by internal referral. I spoke with existing employees about their experience and opinion of the company and I was won over instantly. From there I was contacted by the recruiter in Chicago who asked some basic questions about experience and why I had applied for the position at Sprout Social. After this, I had an in-person interview at the office. I was notified within a couple of days about an offer.
