I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sprout Social (Portland, OR) in Feb 2024

Best interview process I've ever been through. Great communication and engagement throughout from the recruiter, to hiring manager and hiring panel. The process consisted of a recruiter screen followed by conversation with the hiring manager then a 2hour back to back set of 30min meetings with an interview panel across marketing, sales and strategy and including the skip-level manager.
